1. Organizer

This campaign (“Drive Into Wellness – Win a Luxury Car”) is organised by elegant
hoopoe slimming therapy center llc, Dubai, UAE (“elegant hoopoe”).

2. Campaign Period

● Starts: 20 August 2025, 12:00 AM GST
● Ends: 20 October 2025, 11:59 PM GST
● The live draw will be held on 29th October 2025

3. Eligibility

● Open to UAE residents aged 18 years or older.
● Must present a valid Emirates ID to claim prizes.

4. Entry Rules

● Entry is purchase-only; no free or alternative entries accepted.
● Each AED 1,500 spent on any paid service during the campaign equals one raffle
entry.
● Multiple entries allowed.
● Purchases must be fully paid before entry is recorded.
● Final entry list is frozen on 20th October 2025, 11:59 PM GST.

6. Draw Process

● Winners selected via a digital randomizer from the verified entry database.
● Draw supervised by a third-party witness or notary.
● One prize per person; duplicate draws discarded.
● Results are final and binding.

7. Winner Notification & Claim

● Winners announced live and posted on official channels within 24 hours.
● Winners contacted by email/SMS.
● Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of announcement with Emirates ID and
confirmation message.
● Unclaimed prizes may be re-awarded via a redraw.

8. Prize Conditions

● Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless
required by law.
● All taxes, registration, insurance and related costs are the winner’s responsibility.
● The vehicle prize will be delivered in UAE only.

9. Disqualification

Entries may be disqualified if:
● Information is incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent.

● Payment is reversed, refunded or disputed.
● There is any attempt to manipulate the entry or draw process.

10. Liability

elegant hoopoe is not liable for technical errors, delays or any loss/damage suffered
except where required by law.

11. Compliance

This campaign is conducted under a valid Dubai Department of Economy & Tourism
(DED) raffle permit and complies with UAE laws.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by UAE law, with exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai Courts.
